Involute Gear Cutters are supplied from 1.0 module to 40 module & 30 DP to 0.8 DP with maximum diameter of 282 mm. Conforming to BS 2518, IS 5698 from numbers 1 to No.8 tag to cut any number of tooth. Cutters with special profiles as per drawing & specification are also manufactured.
Chain Sproket Cutters
Chain Sprocket Cutters are manufactured from ¼” to 3” pitch conforming to DIN, BS & IS standards to cut any no. of teeth in sprockets. (No.1, 2 & 3)
Convex Cutter, Concave Cutter & Corner Rounding Cutter are supplied from 15mm dia to 120mm dia with radius from 1.6mm to 20mm as per IS & BS standard having radialy machine relieved teeth.
Side and Face Cutters
Side & Face Cutters are supplied with straight teeth (type B) & staggered teeth (type A) from 50mm dia to 200mm dia and thickness from 5mm to 40mm as per IS & BS standard.
End Mills
Parallel Shank and Taper Shank End Mills are supplied in standared as well as long series to IS & BS Standared from 3 mm to 63 mm and 1/8" to 3" cutting edge dia.
